Beautiful and uncommon Serrana jaboticaba is a native of Argentina’s Obera province. It grows much more quickly than the ordinary P. cauliflora, and can reach heights of 15–25 feet (5-8 metres). The fruits differ somewhat from other, more popular Jaboticaba varieties in that they are huge, have a juicy pulp, and have a wonderful, sweet flavour. Along with desserts, drinks, and preserves, they’re ideal for fresh dining.
