Monkey Kola, also known as Cola Lepidota, is a medium- to large-sized tropical tree native to Western Africa that grows best in humid climates. The enormous fruit has many different uses in meals and is highly healthful. Fruit from monkey kola is as crunchy as a carrot. They have pulp that is orange in hue, huge, violet-colored seeds, and an abundance of vitamins, minerals, and fibre. Despite being a less well-known species than C. acuminata, it appears to have fruit that is just as useful.
