The Kor Koh/Sindora tree is either deciduous or semi-evergreen, with a dense, spreading, umbrella-like crown. The tree has a great shape and can be grown to be a lovely shade tree. The roasted seeds are used to make a beverage resembling tea and are an ingredient in a number of sweets. The fruits can be consumed, and occasionally they are chewed in betel quids in Cambodia. Resources like wood are valuable.
