The pink pulp variety Arka Kiran has medium-soft seeds (9 kg/cm2) and an average fruit weight of 200–220g. Fruits have a lycopene value of 7.14 mg/100g and a TSS of 11-120 Brix. After being planted for two years, the crop will be ready for harvest. After five years, economic yield begins with an average fruit yield of 20 t/acre at a 4 m × 3 m spacing.
Fresh guavas are frequently consumed raw and can be cut and served with sugar and cream as a dessert. They are high in vitamins A, B, and C.
