Alupag/Dimocarpus Fruit trees called Didyma can be found all over Southeast Asia. Although it is unique to the Philippines, it has recently spread to nearby nations as well. It has skin that is more bumpy than longan. Although the fruit is prized in its native region, it is typically overlooked in favour of its more well-known and highly prized relatives, the lychee and longan.
The majority of alupag fruits are consumed fresh, and they taste great. Its flesh is pale and translucent, and it is encased in a sizable black seed. It has a juicy, wonderful flavour. The look is warty, globular, brownish, and has a rough peel.
