Order placed are immediately processed for shipping and cancellations cannot be made.

Return

All products listed on www.niravunursery.com are perishable and unfortunately cannot be returned for a refund.
In case any product is damaged on receipt, a replacement will be provided to you or a refund may be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
We only replace items under specific conditions.

Refund

Niravu Nursery initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful.
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days.
